Shipping and Delivery

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how we pack, dispatch and deliver your order. Delivery options and charges for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Coffee is roasted and packed in small batches. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with the option to wait or cancel.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. As a guide, metro addresses usually arrive within 2–4 business days and other addresses within 4–7 business days; remote areas can take longer. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Any charge is shown before you confirm payment, and it is included in the order total.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with tracking details where the courier provides them. You can also see your orders in your account.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to change it, contact us before the order is dispatched. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incomplete or nobody is available, the courier may return the parcel to us; we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible. We will replace the item or refund it.

International orders

We currently deliver within India. For orders outside India, please contact us and we will let you know whether we can ship to you and what it would cost.
